Is your business innovative?
Many Cityzone members are directors of innovative, growth companies. These companies are able to present their business model and requirements (partnerships, mentors/NEDs...) at Cityzone events, through Elevator Pitches. Whether doing an elevator pitch or not, companies can also hire a pod in the i-market.
Format
- Each i-market pod is a small table in a cluster of tables at the Cityzone event.
- Limited number of tables: first-come-first-served, upon payment.
- The tables can be used for marketing materials or laptop presentations. Materials can only be placed on the table, i.e. pop-up stands are not permitted.
- Power sockets are available at events at some events, but not at Cass Business School events.
- If the 50 word text - explaining why they are innovative - is received early, i-market companies will be promoted in the final Cityzone mailing and on an event web page.
- Other attendees will be free to browse, chat with i-market companies and to see demonstrations at their pods during the event.
Benefits
- Cityzone and partner mailings promote each event to thousands of market contacts via e-mail. Many of the recipients will click on web links to find out about the agenda, speakers and i-market companies posted on this web site.
- Cityzone will distribute a handout, with each company's profile, to all event attendees.

What is Innovation?
“Innovation is not merely invention. Yes, it can be a new widget, a new technology, a new drug, or a new toy. But it can also be a new service or a new way of operating an old business.”
Doug Richard, Founder/Chairman, Library House, FT.
