Expertise	After graduating with a M.A in Mathematics and Computer Science from Paris VI University, Catherine started a career in programming and project management at the European Headquarters of IBM in Paris. Having the DNA of an entrepreneur and a keenness for measured risk, five years later Catherine set up the operations of Talk Software in Paris, a communication solutions vendor. She was promoted to Country Manager for Europe and moved to London. Headhunted to work in the City, Catherine joined Deutsche Bank where she set up and managed the Centre of Competence for a Derivatives system used by the Deutsche Bank in its international branches. She then led a career in the financial software space as a seasoned sales manager and director, travelling extensively in Europe and America. Her clients were mostly the treasurers and board members of investment banks, hedge funds and asset management firms. In parallel, Catherine also pursued an entrepreneurial role in Spain where she set up the operations of Parkmobile, a company selling an innovative parking payment solution via mobile phone. With her passion for people, a very international upbringing/ career and a substantial rolodex of contacts, Catherine’s next logical step was in international head-hunting. She joined a well established boutique search firm in London where she specialised in C-level and Non-Executive Director roles in the UK and across Europe and America. Experience	Catherine works with highly qualified international researchers for the mapping of candidates and she has set up a few associations with captains of key industries, who assist her in her business development and search efforts.
Personal Interests	Catherine has a passion for travel, running, languages (she speaks 4 languages and is currently learning Hindi) and undertakes charitable work in Chennai, India and in Haiti.
